
Choosing a Plan

If you are a practice owner or school team leader and you want to have access to view all of your team members' work, then choose the Team Plan. You will be responsible for paying for all the users on your team in a single monthly invoice.
You’ll choose the Solo Plan if you are an individual employed with a district or company that does school-based services and you need a tool that manages everything you track in one place.
You might also choose the Solo Plan option if you are both the provider responsible for IEP requirements and also the contractor billing for services without a team.

The person responsible for the team should create the team account.
The person who creates the account will be the “account owner” and will have access to manage all team members within the account. The account owner will be able to assign administrative access to other users but only the account owner can perform certain actions like updating the payment information and closing the account.
